Rickford Parker is a private, certified polygraph examiner located in the Metro Atlanta Area. He graduated with high marks from the American International Institute of Polygraph and is a member of the American Polygraph Association and the Georgia Polygraph Association. He is also certified in PCSOT (Post- Conviction Sex Offender Testing) examinations.
